Judge Garzón, Is he reliable? Certainly NOT

During more than a year long before 3/11 Madrid bombings, Judge Garzón ordered surveilance on several islamic people who allegedly were involved in the attacks.

More than 200 tapes were recorded with telephone conversations among many of those who later were accused of taking part in the plot, some of them would have been the masterminds.

So Mr Garzón could have caught most of them much before the massacre, but he didn't.

Why such a Mega Star Judge did not arrest an Al Qaeda cell ploting in Spain?

And the answer is...

He didn't order those tapes to be translated into Spanish, so the Police was intercepting their communications without knowing what they were talking about.

Is it believable?

What's harder to believe is that seven months after the bombings, when those tapes where known to exist after independent investigations and public opinion put an eye on them, Mr Garzón explained it was impossible to hear what had been recorded on them: all of the tapes were irreversibly damaged. After being kept on a special Police unit desk for several months, all of them were irreversibly damaged so as no sound recovering technique could help.

Is it believable?

It rather seems that those tapes had been deliberately damaged by that Police special unit after Mr Garzón direct orders.

If that was the case, Judge Mr Garzón and those policemen obeying him would really be criminals who should be sent to jail.

Is Judge Mr Garzón reliable? Certainly NOT.

3/11 Madrid bombings: White player counter attacks?

Judge Mr Baltasar Garzón has decided to proceed with an old lawsuit against journualist Mr Luis del Pino with which he's not competent.

By december 2007 the leftish Police Syndicate SUP (www.sup.es) started a lawsuit against Mr Lus del Pino arguing the journualist had made slanderous allegations about Spain's Security Services and Government along his articles regarding 3/11 Madrid bombings private investigation.

It's worth to remember that the same Syndicate had threatened Mr Luis del Pino by early 2007 to lock him in a room with armored policemen and where no law would rule (1)

On 2008, Febuary 1st, Mr Baltasar Garzón decided to inhibit and sent the lawsuit to ordinary Judges, several months later, on 2008 september 29th, the lawsuit was sent back to Mr Garzon's after two different Judges had not want to deal with it.

One year later and against National Audience Prosecutor's criteria, Mr Garzón has called Mr Luis del Pino to declare by next September 29th.

A high profile Policeman declares as witness regarding 3/11 Madrid bombings evidence handling

Today Mr Pedro Díaz Pintado, Operational Police Brigade second head, has declared in the lawsuit against the last one after a victimś association initiative.

Mr Pedro Díaz has contradicted Mr Juan J Sánchez as of how would have been handled commuters evidences after blasts, he has said that evidences should have been sent to Scientific Police Unit to perform chemical analysis in order to find out which explosive was used. The Lab at Explosive Deactivation Unit is poorly equipped and is used only to make quick analysis to help on the ground units when handling with explosive devices, but scientific analysis, i.e. suited to stand in a Court, are always carried out at Scientific Police Labs.

When asked about commuters having being sent to scrapyard a few days after the massacre, Mr Pedro Díaz answered that Prosecutor's order is needed and he did so, but there's no document about it.

3/11 Madrid bombings Prosecutor, Judge Mr Juan del Olmo, didn't issue such order or he never included it in summary.

Here you may see a document released bu RENFE (Spain's railway operator) stating commuters scrapping was carried out on March 13th and 14th 2004.

Just two days after the terrorist attack, when Spaniards were called by massive SMS sent to thousands of mobile phones to angry demonstrations against the Government party and during the elections day, commuters were being scrapped.

After that, only a few nails remain as evidences and with commuters carriages scrapped, almost no chance is left to carry out scientific analysis to find out which explosive was used to kill nearly 200 and injure nearly 2000.

What a nonsense it is!

Two different Courts reject lawsuits from Police Chief regarding 3/11 Madrid bombings

Definitely, this is not Mr Juan J Sáchez Manzano's week.

Yesterday two different Courts have rejected his lawsuits, one of them against El Mundo diary and some journualists and the other one against Blackpawns and their association, 11M truth and justice.

Here you can see the Court's position in the first case:

Sentence about lawsuit against El Mundo and some journualists

Reading it you will notice how severe it is; after Luis del Pino in his blog this sentence marks a major milestone in 3/11 investigation because it states official investigation is full of nonsense and manipulation.

Regarding the lawsuit against Blackpawns, the sentence states the video from QSVtv at YouTuBe, which caused the lawsuit, is deeply sustained by serious arguments.

Here you may see it, about how evidences from blasted commuters where handled by Mr Juan J Sánchez Manzano's unit.

Six policemen contradict their former national chief

Today six policemen, members of the Explosive Deactivation Unit, have contradicted their national Chief, Mr Juan J. Sánchez Manzano.

They've declared as witnesses and when been asked about internal procedures on dealing with evidences collected from a terrorist crime scenario, all of them have agreed there are evidences which never are disposed of, even more, if any evidence should be disposed a Judge order is needed.

In order that foreign people may have a neat idea about why all this dispute arose from the very first days after the massacre, I'll let you view some pictures:

Four commuters were attacked.
Ten blasts destroyed ten carriages.

This is one of them, the fifth carriage in a commuter stopped near Atocha railway station, where four blasts killed 60+ people and injured 300+ more ones.

The carriage after the blast:

The carriage 30 hours later, after evidence collection:

This is the only one evidence which was analyzed, nothing more was preserved (since the very first day):

As I said, four carriages were attacked, these are all of the evidences preserved (since the very first day):

Yes, you've seen it properly, out of four carriages, only those three evidences, which means that at least from one of the commuters there's no evidence left, and I say "at least from one" because the evidence in the bottom of the picture is not known which carriage belongs to.

Do we have a right to claim there's an obscure affair about 3/11 Madrid bombings?

Ex Police Chief admits evidences were destroyed

Mr Juan J. Sáncez Manzano admits to the Judge that most evidences collected from the commuters attacked on 3/11 Madrid bombings, were destroyed by his unit.

It's nonsense he could order it by himself, so the question is who gave the order?

After blackpawns investigation, it is known that 90+ tons of evidences from commuters were disposed.

A key question is that in order to dispose of evidences, a prosecutor's commitment is needed, but there's none at all Mr Juan J Sánchez Manzano can show backs him.

In the video: Mr Juan J Sáncez Manzano coming into the court.

Madrid Prosecutor Demands Three Year Jail Sentence for El Mundo Deputy-Editor Accused of ‘Revealing State Secrets’

Antonio Rubio Alleged Spanish Secret Services had Prior Knowledge of 2004 Madrid Terror Attacks

A Madrid prosecutor on Monday demanded a three-year prison term – and a three year ban on practising journalism – for El Mundo Deputy-Editor Antonio Rubio, who is accused of allegedly “discovering and revealing state secrets.”

The charges stem from articles published in the Spanish daily on 31 May 2005 detailing confidential reports which an informer codenamed ‘Cartagena’ supplied to the Spanish secret services prior to the 2004 Madrid terrorist train bombings, which claimed nearly 200 lives.

The reports show that ‘Cartagena’ warned Spanish authorities more than one year in advance that a radical group planned to attack on Spanish soil, even naming one of the co-plotters, Rabei Osman.

An Italian court jailed Osman for eight years in 2006 for his role in the bombings.

El Mundo’s reporting on May 2005 contained lengthy excerpts from and summaries of internal memos leaked from Spain’s anti-terror unit, the Central Unit for External Information (Unidad Central de Información Exterior).

El Mundo first reported that an unnamed Madrid-based imam had supplied Spain’s intelligence services with information on the individuals planning the terrorist attacks in Spain in October 2004.

“We are shocked that such charges are being brought against a journalist in Spain, and call on the prosecutor to drop them immediately,” said IPI Director David Dadge. “Moreover, the move to ban a journalist coming as it does from a prosecutor is quite simply deplorable in a democratic nation and EU member.”

A journualist to be judged after publishing about 3/11 Madrid bombings

One day before the Explosive Deactivation Unit Chief by 3/11 Madrid bombings, Mr Juan J. Sánchez Manzano will declare about his actions regarding the analysis of evidences from the commuter trains attacked, a journalist from El Mundo newspaper, Mr Antonio Rubio, has been known will be judged after publishing about a Police informer who would have alerted an special Police Unit on Islamic Terrorists.

The informer was a double agent working at the same time for both Spanish and Moroccan Intelligence Services and acted as an Imam in a Mosque in a town nearby Madrid.

3/11 prosecutor, Judge Mr Juan del Olmo, didn't know about this informer, Spanish Police didn't tell him about this double agent and after Mr Rubio's articles at El Mundo, decided to ask the Police for this informer data and reports.

The charge against Mr Rubio is on disclosing secrets, but that's nonsense, since it was the very informer who moved himself to contact the journalist and gave him all the information which was then published.

Mr Rubio checked the information from the double agent and Imam before publishing it, and by the time the articles shocked the Spaniards from the newspaper front page, the informer had been given a new identity and hold a protected witness status.

Later on this informer asked to declare without identity protection during the trial on 3/11 by 2007 and his declaration was astonishing for he accused the Police unit he reported to for trying to send him to death by asking him to go to the flat where a blast allegedly killed seven terrorist from the cell supposed to have committed the attacks.

El Mundo newspaper believes this action against one of its journalists to be a retaliation after its role played all these previous years being critic with the official investigation on the massacre.

Definitely, 3/11 Madrid Bombings is not a closed case in Spain, an obscure affair lies down with it and five years later, neither the Police, nor the Attorneys or the Government and two sentences have been able to convince the Spaniards it was really what we were told the very first days after ten blasts killed 192 and injured more than 1800.

We don't know what really happened, who orderer, planned or executed the terrorist attack, but the day will come they'll be unveiled and sent to jail for the rest of their lives.

esRadio a new radio station with multimedia broadcasting

By last 9/7 esRadio started to broadcast in Spain.

Conducted by former COPE station leading newscaster Federico Jiménez Losantos and César Vidal, this new radio station uses as many IT (Information Technology) ways as possible to reach every corner in the world.

Since Mr Zapatero became Spain's Prime Minister after 3/11 attacks and lead Spain to surrender in front of terrorism and separatist groups, COPE radio station became Spaniard's opposition front line.

With most of mass media backing Mr Zapatero policy, only a few ones stayed in front of him and all those lobbies backing Spain's way to self destruction.

El Mundo newspaper, Libertad Digital in the net and COPE radio station didn't surrender to this new situation, but pressure from Government and Popular Party led COPE to lay off its main newscasters by late August.

Racing agaisnt time, they've managed to bring up a new radio station in just seven weeks, esRadio, which belongs to Libertad Digital, with a unique license to broadcast along Madrid, though they've set up agreements with a bundle of radio stations all over Spain so as they're quickly covering most part of our country.

Beside, they have managed to broadcast over a TDT (Terrestrial Digital Tv) and of course they are using Internet, where it is possible to listen live or download their streams.

esRadio includes Mr Luis del Pino conducting a program early on weekends. The main private investigator on 3/11 will talk not only about 3/11 but also about politics and activism in a move to try to organize the main civilian activists together.

I wish a great success for esRadio, Liberty cause in Spain will benefit from it.

A Police Chief to declare on next Tuesday

By next Tuesday, 9/15, Mr Juan J. Sánchez Manzano, former Chief of Explosive Deactivation Unit will declare after a lawsuit from a victim's association: Asociación de Ayuda a las Víctimas del 11M (3/11 Victim's Help Association).

Mr Sánchez Manzano is accused of not having sent to the Scientific Police evidences collected from the attacked commuters, which has the best Lab for performing analysis but instead those analysis were carried in a poorly equipped Lab at Explosive Deactivation Unit, giving out a report not stating which substances where found.

He should have declared a month ago, but he didn't because he was on vacations, on a cruise, though some other passengers in the same cruise said they had returned to Spain two weeks before Mr Sánchez Manzano should have declared.

Most people did see a delaying maneuvre from Mr Sánchez Manzano, he would want not to declare the same day than his subordinate, the Lab Chief, so as no to contradict between them.
